- An autoevaluation service for works of art.
The information published on artvalue.com results from third parties.
The web site artvalue.com does not publish the totality of the auctions results, but
only a significant fraction of the totality.
Service Cancellation :
The artvalue.com company is authorised to interrupt or modify, at any time,
services provided on-line, for whichever reason and without warning.
Artvalue.com SA reserve the right to interrupt and to cancel the access to
any user of the service who is suspected of an unusual use of the service
Privacy :
Artvalue.com will not share or divulge personal data unless specific authorisation
has been given by the user or unless compelled to by law.
Artvalue Gallery - General Conditions of sale :
Placing an order on www.artvalue.com and confirming this order signifies
total and complete acceptance of the present general conditions of sale.
Artvalue Gallery - Prices & Payment :
Prices are expressed in euros including VAT and standard packaging and excluding delivery charges.
Any VAT change will be passed on the price of sold items.
The delivery charges per destination are fixed, irrespective of the number and/or type of articles ordered.
Details of delivery charges are indicated when the country of delivery has been selected.
The price is payable when ordering.
Electronic payments (credit card), checks in euros and payable in Luxembourg and tranfers
on Artvalue.com SA bank account are accepted.
The customer sends its payment to Artvalue.com SA within 8 days after the order.
If not, the order will be automatically cancelled by Artvalue.com SA.
Invoice will be attached whith the ordered items.
Proof of payment :
Information recorded by Cetrel on the SIPS secured payment platform for Artvalue.com SA
is proof of purchase for transactions between Artvalue.com SA and its customers.
Information recorded by the payment system used by the customer (bank establishment or other)
constitutes proof of purchase for transactions between Artvalue.com SA, its customers and the
above bank establishments.
Artvalue Gallery - Parties’ general obligations :
By accepting an order, Artvalue.com agrees to sell to the customer
and have delivered to him the products he has ordered.
Works presented on the www.artvalue.com sites are normally available
and the site is updated after every sale. However, if, for any reason whatsoever,
a work reputed to be available cannot be delivered to the customer,
any amounts he may have already paid will be integrally reimbursed to him,
but without him having any possibility of claiming for damages.
All articles delivered remain the property of Artvalue.com until they have been paid for in full.
Artvalue.com Gallery - Delivery :
Goods are sent at the customer's risk.
The customer must check the content of packages on receipt and inform the carrier
of any faults within three working days of receiving the goods.
Artvalue Gallery - Right to cancel :
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason,
you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days
from date of delivery for full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges.
You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return.
Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be
returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account.
Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery.
If you do not return goods within 7 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order,
your right to cancel will be withdrawn.
Classifieds :
A classified on Artvalue.com can be created in order to sell
artworks (paintings, prints, sculptures, watercolours, drawings),
luxury goods (classic cars, textiles, watches, jewellery),
collectibles (posters, memorabilia, militaria, ...)
It is not necessary to link these ads with Artvalue.com's database contents.
Once the classified has been created and published by the user, Artvalue.com SA
will read and validate the content and the classified. Once validates, the classified will be published on Artvalue.com
Artvalue.com SA reserves the right
to remove any ad which would be contrary to law, public policy or public decency,
or which would contravene these legal notices.
The user is fully responsible for the contents published in the classifieds.
While using the classifieds service on Artvalue.com, you will not:
- violate any laws, third party rights, or our policies
- post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content (including personal information)
- post content in an inappropriate category
- use Artvalue.com if you are not able to form legally contracts, are under the age of 18
- interfere with other user's listings
- transfer your Artvalue.com Club account and user ID to another party
- distribute or post spam, chain letters
- distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm Artvalue.com
- harvest or otherwise collect information about users, without their consent.
